About the Role
Murkez Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager – BSS to lead client onboarding, delivery execution, and ongoing project management across multiple Business Support Services engagements. This is a hands-on role focused on driving execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth delivery from setup through steady state.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of client teams (hiring → go-live → stabilization), and drive ongoing monitoring, performance improvement, and AI-led efficiency initiatives
- Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams
- Drive cross-functional coordination to meet timelines
- Track project performance through dashboards, including resource allocation and utilization across projects
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and drive corrective actions
- Ensure SOPs, training, and delivery standards are followed
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience (BPO / service delivery / operations preferred)
- Valid US visa with ability to travel on short notice will be a plus.
- Willing to travel to the US / Puerto Rico for 6 – 8 weeks initially
- Open to periodic travel thereafter based on project needs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Operations)
