Responsibilities:

• Act as Team Lead of a multifunctional team of 100 plus resources
• Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
• Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
• Offer emotional support to team members and make people feel valued
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
• Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide update on goal progress
• Establish and track personnel performance metrics
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
• Nurture collaboration amongst team members
• Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team
• Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in team & People management
• Must have experience working on and managing projects for International clients
• Experience managing large, complex projects in a highly aggressive result-oriented atmosphere
• Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree or related experience
