Responsibilities:
- Prepare project management plan
- Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.
- Plan and supervise project activities
- Define and manage project scope
- Resolve routine project issues during project execution
- Manage project teams and resources
- Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress
- Co-ordinate with Project Sponsor and project team
- Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours or functionality points
- With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., time-lines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.
- Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables
- Act as the “client” for the local project team
- Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
- Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
- All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Technical Background:
- 6+ years of experience in team & people
- Must have experience working on and managing projects for international clients.
- Experience managing large, complex projects in a highly aggressive result-oriented
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, XP, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience leading teams and large projects with experience in Web / Mobile Application Development.
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team
Educational Background:
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Software Development or related field (Preferably in North America or Europe)
