Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer – Domo Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data solutions in Domo to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical thinking, BI development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Domo aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and data models.
• Manage and monitor data refresh schedules, integrations, and automated dataflows within Domo.
• Optimize dashboard structure, data pipelines, and performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, Sales, and Management—to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Execute data validation, testing, QA, and troubleshooting processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Support ETL workflows and data integration tasks while ensuring clean, well-structured datasets.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
• Utilize Python (where required) for data preparation or automation tasks.
• Contribute analytical insights to support business initiatives and strategic planning

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Domo (preferred) or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles, KPI design, and dashboard best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Experience with Python for automation or data preparation is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
