Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Financial/Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring financial and operational performance, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare, validate, and maintain recurring reports (e.g., budgets, forecasts, KPIs) and ad hoc analyses for leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to support business objectives
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, variance analysis, and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data by reconciling between operational systems and financial reports

Qualifications:

• ACCA/ACMA/bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel up to advanced level
• Very good communication skills to work with the located internationally.
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
