Responsibilities:
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
- Act as Team Lead of a multifunctional team.
- Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage.
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
- Offer emotional support to team members and make people feel valued.
- Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress.
- Establish and track personnel performance metrics. Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
- Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team.
- All other duties as assigned by the management.
Technical Background:
- 5+ years of experience in team & people management.
- Must have experience working on and managing projects for International clients.
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Educational Background:
- BBA / MBA or related experience.
