Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
  • Act as Team Lead of a multifunctional team.
  • Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage.
  • Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
  • Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
  • Offer emotional support to team members and make people feel valued.
  • Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress.
  • Establish and track personnel performance metrics. Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
  • Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team.
  • All other duties as assigned by the management.

Technical Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in team & people management.
  • Must have experience working on and managing projects for International clients.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

Educational Background: 

  • BBA / MBA or related experience.
