Job Description:

The Retail Experience Auditor is responsible for conducting virtual audits to ensure retail locations meet company standards and compliance requirements. This role involves analyzing store operations through CCTV footage and a ticketing system, generating actionable insights, and supporting time audits of employees. The auditor plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and enhancing the overall retail experience.

Responsibilities:

The Retail Experience Auditor conducts virtual audits of retail stores by reviewing CCTV footage and connecting with stores through video calls. They assess store performance and compliance through visual analysis, document findings, and prepare detailed audit reports within defined timelines. The role includes tracking, managing, and following up on issues using the ticketing system. The auditor also supports time audits of employees by reviewing relevant surveillance footage, identifies operational inefficiencies, recommends corrective actions, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure audit compliance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate has a strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication. They are detail-oriented with strong analytical and observational skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement and professional growth.
